About the role
The Sr. Manager, Product Design will lead the design and development of innovative products within our company. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role requires a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and develop new product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to product design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or design
- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methods
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience
