Sr. Manager, Product Design

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Product Design will lead the design and development of innovative products within our company. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role requires a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and develop new product features and enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to product design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or design
• Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methods
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience
