Responsibilities
- Abstract leases and maintain data accuracy in the leasing management system
- Track critical lease dates and route action items to relevant stakeholders
- Review and audit landlord invoices against actual lease terms and resolve discrepancies
- Process rent payments and ensure accurate financial coding
- Manage landlord billing workflows and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure LMS data is synchronized with Workday/ERP systems
- Support the accounting team with accurate subledger data during close cycles
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of lease administration experience, particularly with data centers and equipment portfolios
- Proficiency in LMS tools such as CoStar or Workday Lease
- Strong attention to detail in identifying billing discrepancies and lease terms
- Familiarity with ASC 842 and lease data management
- Experience in accounts payable processes and GL coding
- Experience in SOX-compliant environments handling lease controls
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technical settings, especially with hyperscalers
