LeadRx's pharmacy organization supports Direct-to-Patient and Free Goods programs that help ensure patients receive medications safely, accurately, and efficiently. The Senior Manager, Pharmacy / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), provides operational leadership for a specialized pharmacy operation, overseeing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, supervisors, leads, and support staff while ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and service excellence. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality pharmacy services while balancing operational performance, customer expectations, financial goals, and compliance requirements. This position is open to candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area only.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a specialized pharmacy, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, supervisors, leads, and support staff.
