Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities across various emerging categories
  • Manage placement and creative processes, including asset coordination and partner reviews
  • Maintain and enhance attribution accuracy, addressing any performance measurement problems
  • Support influencer channel operations, including contract management and creative performance analysis
  • Lead projects to expand the affiliate channel's integration with other marketing programs

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of marketing experience, particularly in affiliate and performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in affiliate marketing within an acquisition-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in structuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Highly analytical mindset capable of translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication skills for external representation and senior-level collaboration
  • Experience building programs in ambiguous environments, moving quickly as channels evolve
