About the role
The Sr Manager, Organizational Change Management (ERP) will support the strategy, design, launch, governance, and execution of ERP implementations across facilities (domestic and international).
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy, design, launch, governance, and execution of ERP implementations across facilities (domestic and international)
- Lead large-scale enterprise transformation efforts with clear accountability for adoption, organizational readiness, and measurable value realization
- Partner with executive leadership, IT, global process owners, plant leadership and employees, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive the people-side of change from intake through adoption—ensuring new ways of working take hold and deliver outcomes
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of progressive experience in organizational change and transformation roles
- 10-12+ years of large-scale ERP-system implementation experience
- 8-10+ years working in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex, global transformation initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Experience leading professional teams and building functional capability
- Consulting background supporting Oracle implementations
- Prosci certification and expertise in change management methodologies
- Certifications in project management (PMP), Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and/or related process improvement frameworks (preferred/strongly preferred)
- Strong presence on the shop floor; comfortable engaging an hourly workforce
- Able to connect with frontline realities (pace of work, safety, shift constraints)
- Deep organizational change expertise with measurable adoption and sustainment focus
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills (clear, jargon-free communication)
- Able to operate effectively across cultures, regions, and organizational boundaries
- Experience leveraging analytics and data-driven insights to measure impact and guide strategy
Nice to Have
- Experience leading OCM for additional transformational scope beyond ERP (e.g., MES, standard work, TPM, lean transformations, automation, workflow changes)
- Strong background in training plans and execution for site-user readiness
- Experience contributing to OCM standards, tools, and continuous improvement practices
Skills
