Responsibilities

• Manage high-level supplier relationships and develop comprehensive supplier strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational performance
• Implement and manage supplier contracts and agreements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Conduct market research and analyze supplier performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing processes
• Develop and execute supplier performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and cost savings

Requirements

• Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-driven organization
• Familiarity with cost analysis, rebate programs, and supplier performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience managing external supplier relationships within a supply chain-driven organization
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing procurement or supplier management functions
