Sr. Manager of Medicare Compliance

About the role

This role will oversee Medicare compliance operations with a focus on regulatory adherence, scalable processes, and practical enablement across sales channels. The position will partner closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to strengthen oversight, improve workflow efficiency, and support compliant growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience translating complex Medicare requirements into clear business processes, data-driven reporting, and effective cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement technology and AI solutions to enhance compliance oversight
• Manage compliance program activities to improve effectiveness and scalability
• Lead compliance investigations and regulatory reporting across sales channels
• Analyze compliance metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Coordinate the implementation of regulatory changes across operations
• Serve as the compliance liaison between various teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Optimize compliance workflows to minimize friction for sales agents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or Medicare regulatory operations
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and TPMO regulations
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements and supporting software deployments
• Proficiency in developing data dashboards and analytics

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
