Sr. Manager, Medical Writing

Responsibilities

• Lead the writing and managing of regulatory documents for drug development
• Provide subject matter expertise to interdisciplinary teams during the authoring process
• Facilitate data interpretation and comment resolution meetings
• Ensure clarity and compliance in document content for public disclosure
• Mentor team members and support authoring best practices across the organization

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences with 8+ years of medical writing experience; MS/MA considered with 6+ years; PhD with 4+ years preferred
• Experience leading NDA/MAA submissions or related documents is highly desirable
• Previous managerial or functional management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills necessary
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively

Pay

$154,500 – $211,000 annually
