Sr. Manager, Marketing Systems & Automation

About the role

This role will lead the strategy and execution of marketing systems, automation, and campaign operations that help scale engagement across owned channels. The position will partner closely with marketing, operations, data, and technology stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency, data quality, and campaign performance. You will also help modernize processes and strengthen the systems foundation that supports omnichannel marketing efforts in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across owned platforms
• Supervise automated and agent-assisted marketing workflows
• Maintain marketing technology stack documentation and best practices
• Support the customer data foundation using Salesforce and Databricks
• Report on campaign and channel performance
• Coach teams on marketing system best practices
• Migrate existing processes to new marketing systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7-9 years in marketing operations or marketing automation
• Proven experience in driving complex projects to completion
• Regulated industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Working understanding of SQL and HTML for troubleshooting
• Experience with AI tools for marketing production
• Ability to translate business requirements into testable rules
• Knowledge of data privacy laws relevant to consumer lending
• Exceptional communication skills for all organizational levels

Pay

$125,000 – $135,000 annually
