Sr. Manager, Machine Learning Engineering-Applied Research

You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for next-gen recommendation systems
• Transition ML research into production-ready solutions
• Inspire and develop a team of machine learning experts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges
• Define clear metrics for project success and alignment with business goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ML tech applied to real-world problems, with 3+ years in a management role
• Proven track record of high-impact project delivery
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineers
• Continuous learner with a knack for prototyping
• Strong business sense to drive decision-making through projects
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex data insights
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, or related field

Pay

$227,871 – $469,147 annually
