Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and program management for new sellout platforms with a focus on Loyalty and Rewards programs
  • Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of key eCommerce projects
  • Develop strategic vision and blueprint; manage benefits, quality, stakeholders, portfolio, program, and project planning including milestone, risk, and issue management
  • Provide and enable project prioritization, management information, financial reporting, resource planning, decision making, and recruitment
  • Create and ensure successful implementation of program strategy, objectives, targets, and deliverables
  • Work closely with eCommerce leadership and HQ on project deliverables
  • Manage program reporting and prepare regular status updates
  • Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management
  • Manage and compile Program-related financial and KPI information
  • Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
  • Provide and maintain capacity planning and resource tracking across planned programs
  • Track financial reporting while ensuring adherence to agreed budgets
  • Manage cross-program dependencies and maintain an accurate dependency log
  • Build team cohesion and motivate team to produce quality work
  • Define and embed project control and governance
  • Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management, and change management across the project portfolio
  • Ensure budgets are managed according to divisional requirements
  • Perform data synthesis and interpretation (assessing key change drivers)
  • Conduct data forecasting (e.g., using regressions, predictive modeling)
  • Prepare C-level reports communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner
  • Communicate regularly with HQ, Head of Departments, and Business Managers to ensure effective and timely support
  • Partner with RHQ to leverage portfolio learnings across countries
  • Work closely with Samsung’s distributors to enable achievement of targets
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing functions (Digital, Social, PR, .com) to ensure division strategy and plans are effectively implemented and reviewed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years of Product, Online, Sales, or Marketing Management experience, preferably in a telecommunication or FMCG environment
  • Experience with team management and leadership
  • Sales and financial management of significant-sized business
  • Experience planning, organizing, and managing
  • Senior stakeholder communication and influencing skills
  • Portfolio management of significant-sized business
