Sr. Manager, Indirect Procurement (IT)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Indirect Procurement (IT) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will own IT category strategy within indirect procurement, with a focus on maximizing value, controlling spend, and improving vendor outcomes across enterprise technology agreements. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to lead sourcing activity, renewal planning, and supplier negotiations that support cost savings and strong service levels. The successful candidate will bring a data-driven approach to market analysis, contract optimization, and portfolio rationalization in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $153,500 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for IT subcategories Conduct market research and AI-enabled spend analytics to identify savings opportunities Lead RFx processes and supplier evaluations for IT services and software Manage enterprise IT renewal cycles to secure favorable pricing and terms Drive license rationalization and demand optimization across the IT portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field 5-7 years of procurement or sourcing experience, including 3 years in IT sourcing Proven track record of managing category strategies and delivering quantified savings Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and contract review Direct experience negotiating enterprise IT agreements with major vendors Benefits 401k savings and company match Paid time off and holidays Maternity and parental leave Health, dental, and vision benefits Life and disability benefits Pet insurance Identity theft protection Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
