About the role

This is an operational role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the reporting manager.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to senior management staff such as managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including making reservations and arranging itineraries
• Processing & preparing reports, maintaining database.
• Organizing networking events such as conferences
• Assist in arranging and executing events, including managing & coordinating with internal and external service providers.
• Provides accurate and timely document preparation.
• Programs manage certain organization level initiatives which involves co-ordination with stakeholders, publishing tractions & updates.

Requirements

• Experience in office support/secretary roles
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Base Salary Range: $56,522 - $74,326. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position.
