Sr. Manager Global Cost Accounting

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3+ in day-to-day accounting operations
• Develop the team through coaching and continuous process improvement
• Manage team roles and workload prioritization
• Implement processes for GAAP compliance and external reporting
• Establish strategic relationships with finance and operational leaders
• Support internal/external audits and ensure tax compliance
• Collaborate on process improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's with relevant accounting experience
• 8+ years accounting experience with a Bachelor's or 10+ years with an Associate's
• Strong managerial experience in team leadership or resource allocation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and extensive GAAP knowledge
• Experience in financial reporting and project management
