About the role

This role is critical for leading complex financial initiatives and providing strategic analysis to support organizational decision-making. It involves managing a team of professionals focused on financial evaluation, planning, and reporting, with a focus on the Company's Network Expansion efforts. The position provides financial support related to the construction of incremental homes and businesses, with additional emphasis on subsidized projects that provide broadband connectivity to unserved/underserved locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports.
  • Drive strategic financial projects, providing insights that influence long-term planning and immediate business decisions.
  • Simplify and communicate complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Conduct comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization's financial strategy and investment decisions.
  • Identify and analyze emerging financial trends, integrating them into strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine financial models to support decision-making on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Pay

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
