Sr. Manager, Finance (Manufacturing Reporting)

Accountabilities

• Preparation, execution, and filing of Mark Anthony’s federal manufacturing regulatory reports, including the monthly Brewers/Spirits Reports of Operations.
• Governance and oversight of daily batch records across all internal manufacturing facilities, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready to substantiate federal filings.

Key Metrics & Financial Targets

• On time and complete Monthly TTB filings
• Audit readiness package
• Establishment of internal controls at manufacturing sites

• Strong execution and controls mindset with proven ability to manage detail-intensive manufacturing reporting
• Clear and confident communicator capable of translating complex reporting requirements into actionable guidance
• Highly organized, self-directed operator with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay

• Competitive annual salary $118,000 - $172,000 depending on location in Columbia, SC / Glendale, AZ / or Chicago, IL
