We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: The Role (description), Here's What You’ll Do (responsibilities), Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications), Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications), Our Working Model (maybe schedule?), Pay & Benefits (benefits and maybe pay?), About Moderna (company info). Also maybe "Pay & Benefits" includes benefits but not explicit pay numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits (list) and mentions "Pay & Benefits" heading but no specific pay numbers. It says "Pay & Benefits" but no actual pay figure; we can include Benefits section if there is substantive content. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine some. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is EEO statement; we should drop that. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include sections: About the role (maybe "The Role" paragraph), Responsibilities (Here's What You’ll Do), Requirements (Basic Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits (Pay & Benefits), maybe Working Model (schedule). The schedule is described as 70/30 work model; that's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We should not include About Moderna? That's company description; could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Moderna" is company overview; could be omitted? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting includes "About Moderna" which is substantive. Could be a section like "About the Company". But allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not "About the Company". So we might incorporate that into "About the role" or maybe omit. Since we cannot create new headings not in list. So we should fit content into allowed headings. "About the role" could encompass the initial paragraph describing the role. The "About Moderna" could be considered part of "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could maybe put it under "About the role" as extra paragraph. Or we could drop it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. If we cannot create a heading for it, we could include it as a

under the first section (maybe "About the role") before responsibilities. That seems acceptable. Thus structure:

About the role

... (the initial paragraph describing role, plus maybe About Moderna paragraph)

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet from Here's What You’ll Do

Requirements

  • ... Basic Qualifications

Qualifications

  • ... Preferred Qualifications

Benefits

  • ... benefits list from Pay & Benefits

Schedule

... 70/30 work model description

We should not include Pay section because no specific pay. Benefits section we have. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines, boilerplate. The posting includes "Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time" - that's part of responsibilities; we keep. We need to ensure we don't include "Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)" heading; we just list items. We need to preserve all substantive info: let's extract. First paragraph: "The Role Moderna is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance for Mexico to serve as the Finance lead for the Mexico affiliate while also acting as the company’s authorized Legal Representative, or Representante Legal, for Moderna Mexico. This role will primarily provide the local statutory, financial and tax support for the legal entity, as well as provide financial leadership and strategic decision support to the Commercial organization, partnering closely with with the local teams across functions for local accounting and finance operations, forecasting and performance management. We need to turn each bullet into
  • . The subheadings could be omitted? We could keep them as part of
  • text. Probably better to keep the subheading as part of the
  • content. We need to capture each bullet under those subheadings.
