The Sr Manager, Field Operations & Analytics, is responsible for driving effectiveness and operational excellence to enhance overall field performance for customer-facing field teams. This role supports field force sizing and deployment, Targeting and Alignment, Incentive Compensation Management, CRM enhancements, measures and monitors Sales Force performance, and delivers analytical insights in collaboration with key business partners to achieve commercial objectives and to support data-driven business and sales strategies.
