Sr. Manager, Environment & Sustainability

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Environment & Sustainability to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead enterprise-wide sustainability strategy and help shape environmental performance across the organization. The position is responsible for advancing ESG reporting, environmental compliance, and climate-related initiatives while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive measurable progress against sustainability objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$122,000 – $196,075 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide sustainability strategies and objectives
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Lead ESG data collection and reporting processes for transparency
• Manage climate and environmental initiatives to enhance performance
• Foster partnerships across departments to support sustainability goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability
• 5+ years of leadership experience in environmental or sustainability programs
• Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures is a plus
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
