The Big Picture: As a Senior Manager, Digital Experience and Performance and reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Experience and Performance, you’ll lead a team while working cross-functionally to implement eCommerce best practices including merchandising, personalization, promotional strategies, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and more. This position is a centralized touchpoint that connects digital initiatives between E-commerce to Marketing, Innovation, Technology, and Analytics. Your vision for extending that “wow” to our website, app, and beyond will be pivotal to Edible’s success as we continue to engage new audiences and product offerings. Location: This position will work onsite at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday –Friday. What that looks like day to day: Lead the site and app content strategy end-to-end, including homepage, PLPs, and landing pages — from concept through execution and performance review. Lead online merchandising strategy, including product categorization, search strategy, and product content, ensuring alignment with category and business goals. Develop and drive strategies and tactics that grow volume, customer engagement, and profitability across assigned categories. Manage the site testing, personalization, and A/B experimentation roadmap, translating results into actionable recommendations. Analyze category, customer, and shopping behavior across the digital channel to surface meaningful insights that inform strategy and drive decision-making. Partner with internal and external teams to implement SEO and discoverability best practices that improve organic performance. Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, merchandising, and operations to deliver a seamless, consistent omnichannel experience. Coordinate category-specific initiatives across teams to drive revenue and accountability against shared goals. Plan and lead promotional launches, aligning creative, technology, and merchandising teams to ensure the right messaging, products, and landing pages go live on time. Take full project ownership of initiatives, managing scope, timeline, and delivery from concept through completion. Be a category expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners What You Bring: 6+ years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc) Ability to effectively manage and deliver on competing priorities, demonstrating change agility. Office and reporting systems savvy, Google/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel + Powerpoint, Power BI, experience Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or relevant area How You Work: Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among other associates Must be able to connect dots from issue to resolution, both directly and indirectly, then make recommendations Ability to work in a cross-functional environment: proactively seek and drive alignment with other teams on key initiatives Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves Enthusiastic, high energy, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
