Sr. Manager, Decision Science - Supply Chain Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Decision Science - Supply Chain Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will drive advanced analytics strategy across supply chain operations, with a focus on improving transportation, warehousing, final mile, and fulfillment performance. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape outcome-based analytic engagements, define measurable success criteria, and deliver insights that improve operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, technical fluency, and supply chain knowledge to guide a team of analysts and influence decisions at both the operational and executive levels. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying opportunities for analytical solutions Partner with business stakeholders to structure outcome-based analytic engagements Oversee the design, development, and deployment of analytics that support continuous supply chain improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create impactful operational solutions Define success metrics and measurement criteria for new capabilities and monitor performance Communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, management, or supply chain, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in a quantitative or supply chain field 3+ years of experience applying SQL, Python, R, or similar tools, and using visualization tools 2+ years of experience leading analytics professionals or teams, directly or indirectly 2+ years of analytics experience across supply chain functions such as transportation, warehousing, final mile, or fulfillment Benefits Competitive pay Great employee discount Financial savings and retirement resources Support for physical and mental well-being Different types of leaves of absence offered based on eligibility Potential for incentive pay based on performance Paid time off (vacation or PTO) based on employment status and years of service Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
