Sr. Manager Data Management

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
First, the posting starts with "Your opportunity At Schwab, you’re empowered..." That's like an intro paragraph. Likely "About the role" or "Overview". We'll treat as "About the role". Use About the role
then
with that paragraph.
Then there is description of Schwab Data etc. Might be part of "About the role" as well.
Then "What you have Required Qualifications" etc. That's a list of required qualifications. So we can have
Requirements
or
Qualifications
. The spec says we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. The posting includes "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". So we can have a Requirements section for required qualifications, and maybe a Preferred Qualifications subsection? But spec says only include sections when posting has real specific content. We could combine required and preferred under Qualifications? But we need to preserve all info. Could have
Required Qualifications
but spec says headings should be from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't say we cannot use other headings, but says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings.
Thus:
- About the role: intro paragraph(s) describing opportunity, Schwab, Data, team purpose, role responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: maybe the bullet list of what you will do: "In this role, you will help shape..." etc. That's responsibilities.
- Requirements: required qualifications list.
- Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? Or we could put preferred under Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe list of skills like communication, analytical, etc. But those are already in requirements. Could combine.
- Benefits: the "What’s in it for you" section includes benefits: hybrid work, 401(k), stock purchase, PTO, sabbatical, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision.
- Pay: there is a line: "In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities." That's pay info (bonus eligibility). No explicit salary range given, but we have mention of bonus eligibility. According to spec: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does mention bonus eligibility, so we can include Pay section with that sentence.
- Schedule: not mentioned besides hybrid work? There's mention of Hybrid Work and Flexibility approach. That's more about work arrangement, not schedule. Could be considered Schedule? Might be better to put under Benefits? Actually hybrid work is a work arrangement, could be considered Benefits or maybe Schedule. The spec says Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does mention Hybrid Work and Flexibility approach, which is about schedule flexibility. So we could include Schedule section with that description.
But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
Thus we need to extract exact sentences/phrases.
Let's copy the posting text and parse.

We need to split into sections.
Let's extract About the role: first paragraph up to before "What you have". Actually the intro includes many sentences about Schwab, Data, team purpose, role responsibilities. The responsibilities are also described after "In this role, you will help shape..." That's part of responsibilities. But we could put that under Responsibilities.
Thus About the role could be the initial description: "Your opportunity At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). That seems like About the role / overview.
Then Responsibilities: the sentences starting with "In this role, you will help shape and operationalize how Schwab uses data lineage to drive risk based decision making. You will work across business and technology teams to identify critical data flows, assess risk exposure across end to end lineages, and translate those insights into clear prioritization signals and actionable roadmaps. That's responsibilities.
Then Required Qualifications: list after "What you have Required Qualifications". Actually the phrase "What you have Required Qualifications" seems like a heading. Then list of items separated by periods. We need to preserve each as list items.
Let's extract each required qualification sentence:
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and mitigating data risk, particularly related to data integrity, quality, security, and privacy, with a pragmatic approach to balancing risk and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data lineage and data flows across complex systems to understand how data is created, transformed, and consumed, and to identify where data risk concentrates across end to end processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience translating lineage and risk signals into clear prioritization insights that
