SR Manager Credit & Collection Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a SR Manager Credit & Collection Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the evolution of credit and collections into a more predictive, analytics-driven operating model. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and finance leaders across multiple regions to improve risk decisioning, strengthen cash performance, and reduce DSO. The position will also play a key role in shaping automated workflows, portfolio segmentation, and AI-enabled collection strategies that support both growth and operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the transformation of credit and collections into a predictive operating model Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities and predictive tools for strategic advantage Establish AI-driven account segmentation frameworks for risk assessment Design automated collection playbooks to improve collector efficiency Align credit risk evaluation with commercial growth objectives Use analytics to improve cash velocity and reduce DSO Develop a cohesive credit framework that aligns collection strategies with Sales and Operations Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Credit & Collections, Finance Operations, or Revenue Management with leadership experience Expertise in risk segmentation and predictive analytics Experience with AI-driven portfolio scoring and automated workflows Proficiency in Oracle ERP for collections strategy and optimization Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Benefits Opportunity to lead a transformative function in a senior management role Exposure to advanced analytics and AI technologies Cross-regional collaboration with teams in the US, Canada, Bogota, and Manila Potential for professional growth in a senior leadership position Dynamic work environment focused on innovation and performance improvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
