Sr. Manager Care Management LTSS

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management within a healthcare environment. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management for high acuity long-term care members
• Guide documentation practices to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor staff workloads and caseloads in alignment with state requirements
• Track and manage team goals for effective healthcare outcomes
• Educate leadership on critical initiatives for member outreach and communication
• Implement process improvements for the care management team
• Coordinate special projects across departments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6+ years of related experience, including management roles
• Experience leading large teams in healthcare is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HCBS services and long-term care management practices
• Ability to navigate and comply with state and federal regulations

Pay

$102,900 – $190,500 annually
