Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team as a Sr. Manager in Business Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including business process models and use cases.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
