About the role
Join our dynamic team of innovators dedicated to transforming agriculture through advanced technology. As a key member of our LaserWeeder G2 development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge laser weeding systems that enhance crop yields and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features for the LaserWeeder G2 system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and quality assurance specialists
- Contribute to the testing and validation of new product features
- Document design decisions and technical specifications for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in product development or engineering
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and programming languages such as Python or C++
- Experience with hardware prototyping and testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
