Sr Manager/Associate Director - Technology Consulting - (P&C Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data analytics client engagements in a global delivery model
• Work with clients' Technology and Program teams to craft the engagement planning and execution roadmap
• Work with business executives to understand business requirements and constraints for the success of the program
• Present solutions to technology and business audiences highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
• Communicate results to client stakeholders and develop plans to help operationalize the solutions
• Ideate problem solutions leveraging modern trends in data and analytics solutions and related patterns
• Hold discussions on high-level architecture, platforms, and tools fitments for data and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with business / IT stakeholders and product managers to ideate software requirements

Requirements

• Strong data background and extensive experience (8+ years) working in P&C domain
• Can work closely with the business to identify de-duplication opportunities in data, processes and reports (SQL tables, views, stored procedures, SSIS processes, Tableau) for different business units
• Understand and rationalize assets across data, ETL processes and reports and provide recommendations to retain/ archive/ decommission them
