Sr. Manager, Analytics & BI Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Analytics & BI Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will own the enterprise metrics and BI engineering framework, ensuring reporting is consistent, governed, and trusted across the organization. You will lead the definition, certification, and reconciliation of key metrics while building standards that improve the quality and usability of reporting assets. The position also partners closely with analytics stakeholders and business leaders to strengthen decision-making through reliable data and scalable reporting solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $137,500 – $185,600 annually Responsibilities Own enterprise metric definitions and ensure consistency in reporting Implement and certify metric definitions in alignment with governance requirements Manage quality and reconciliation of metrics and reporting assets Establish engineering standards for reporting design and documentation Lead and mentor a diverse analytics engineering team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 8–12 years of experience in enterprise metrics, reporting, and BI solutions 3–5+ years of leadership experience for analytics or BI engineering teams Hands-on experience with enterprise reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau Familiarity with OLAP modeling technology and semantic layer concepts Benefits Competitive pay and bonuses to reward success Financial planning support to help meet goals Support for time away from work for health and family Generous employee discounts and perks Opportunities for personal and professional growth Comprehensive health and wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
