Sr. Management Analyst – Cyber Warfare

Sabre Systems is hiring a Senior Management Analyst to support a government customer at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Southern Maryland. The role provides technical, analytical, and managerial support for the PAE Aviation Office of the Chief Engineer, Cyber Warfare in program management, general/technical support, operations support, and cybersecurity/information assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and perform work simplification and measurement studies.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Provide expertise in business/domain areas such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management, or specific technology areas.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in an applicable functional area and ten (10) years of related experience.
• Experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of programs, performing all functional duties independently.
• Ability to oversee efforts of less senior staff or manage all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 – $150,000.00, based on location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements.
