Sr. Maintenance Supervisor - Stamping
Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation on the forefront. This is a critical leadership position where you will shape culture, drive performance, and impact the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities

- Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Maintain a relentless focus on quality and implement rigorous standards.
- Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships: Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions. Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with team members, the union, and management.
- Accountability & Fairness: Champion accountability, ensuring both your own and the hourly workforce meet processes and standards. Ensure accountability, play fair, and meet conflict with decisive action.
- Collaboration: Actively listen to and value the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders. Partner with team members, the union, and management to continuously improve everything.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
- Working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- 3+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
