Duties
- Develop and implement BIM strategies that align with project goals and client requirements.
- Cook up coordination with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of models to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and integration of project changes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues related to BIM processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, CAD, 2D animation tools, SolidWorks, Revit, NavisWorks, and Sketchup.
- A strong understanding of BIM methodologies and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in BIM coordination or related field.
Skills
- BIM Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, Sketchup.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay
Pay range: $70,000 - $95,000 annually.
