About the role
Join an extraordinary leasing team and help redefine the apartment living experience. As a Sr. Leasing Consultant, you will lead the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities, ensuring residents experience luxury living. You will help prospective residents find their ideal home by providing creative, personalized tours and tailored recommendations—from floorplans to neighborhood hotspots. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required due to high traffic from prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, and continuous outreach.
- Customize tours and recommendations based on individual preferences, helping residents envision life in the community.
- Follow through on leads with tailored updates, such as available floorplans, neighborhood events, and local attractions.
- Provide leadership, support, and on-the-job training to leasing associates and new hires.
- Foster a sense of community and deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for residents.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to generate enthusiasm and engagement for the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay
Total base pay range: $42,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year.
Location: Lakewood, Colorado (80401). Full-time position with 40 scheduled hours per week.
