Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

Position Overview

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will design, develop, and improve enterprise learning programs focused on leadership development. This role involves creating scalable training solutions including instructor-led training, virtual learning, and eLearning experiences. Responsible for developing engaging training materials and digital content using advanced instructional design methodologies. Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate needs into effective learning strategies. Manage multiple projects and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on instructional design experience creating corporate learning programs.
• Instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) and eLearning development experience.
• Expert proficiency with: Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Experience with: LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI publishing standards.
• Strong understanding of: Adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM), and learning evaluation strategies.
