Responsibilities
- Define and maintain integration architecture across multiple domains
- Author and enforce integration design guidelines and standards
- Lead architecture reviews and make final technical design decisions
- Evaluate tools and platforms to support the integration roadmap
- Conduct audits of existing integrations and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize and maintain complex integrations using enterprise HR and automation platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to groom integration requests
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering or systems architecture
- Proven hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform
- Strong command of REST/SOAP API design and data transformation
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, including EIB and XSLT
- Experience leading technical teams and maturing integration frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
