We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role (What You'll Do) and What You'll Bring (experience). Also About Renuity (company description). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe summarizing the role description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe experience), Qualifications (maybe portfolio etc), Skills (maybe specific skills). We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, privacy, etc). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about company and role. - "What You'll Do" bullet list (actually sentences each starting with a verb). Those are responsibilities. - "What You'll Bring" bullet list (requirements/qualifications/skills). - "About Renuity" paragraph. Thus we can map: About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing the role (the intro before What You'll Do). Could be the first few sentences: "You may not have heard of Renuity - yet - but we're already in neighborhoods nationwide. Renuity is the 5th largest home remodeling company in the US, operating in 40 states with nearly 4,000 employees. ... As Senior Lead Visual Designer, you'll have a significant hand in defining how that next chapter looks and feels." We'll keep that as prose. Responsibilities: list from "What You'll Do". Each bullet point. Requirements: maybe the experience requirement: "8+ years of experience in design, art direction, and creative development, ideally across agency and/or sophisticated in-house brand environments". Also maybe "Strong presentation and communication skills". But those are skills. Qualifications: maybe "A portfolio of demonstrating exceptional design craft, art direction, and conceptual thinking across a range of channels and formats". Also "Deep expertise in graphic design, typography, composition, visual systems, and brand expression". Also "Demonstrated ability to take an idea beyond a single execution and build an integrated visual system around it". Also "Experience art directing photography, video, and/or motion and working effectively with specialists in those disciplines". Also "Experience collaborating with writers and contributing meaningfully to multidisciplinary campaign concepts". Also "Experience directing or mentoring designers and providing actionable feedback that makes work materially better". Also "Ability and desire to remain hands-on while simultaneously providing creative leadership to others". Also "Strong understanding of brand systems and the judgment to know when consistency matters and when the brand should stretch". Also "Experience working with agencies, freelancers, photographers, filmmakers, and other external partners". Also "Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with significant creative volume and evolving processes". Also "Curiosity about creative effectiveness and willingness to use customer insights, testing, and performance data to improve work". Also "Strong presentation and communication skills". Many of these overlap. Skills: maybe list specific skills: graphic design, typography, composition, visual systems, brand expression, art direction photography/video/motion, collaboration with writers, mentoring, presentation, etc. We need to avoid duplication. We can split: Requirements = years of experience + portfolio. Qualifications = deep expertise etc. Skills = specific abilities. But we must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections must have real content. We have no Benefits, Pay, Schedule info, so omit those sections. Thus output:

    About the role

    ... (intro paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Renuity's visual expression: Set a high bar for design and art direction, and help establish a distinctive, recognizable visual language across the brand
    • Turn strategy into creative: Partner across Marketing, Internal Communications, and other teams to translate briefs, audience insights, and business objectives into strong creative concepts and visual ideas.
    • Personally lead high-priority design work: Remain hands-on in concepting and execution, particularly for high-visibility campaigns, foundational brand work, and projects where senior craft can materially elevate the outcome
    • Think in systems, not individual assets: Develop creative and visual systems capable of extending cohesively across paid media, social, web, lifecycle, print, experiential, and other touchpoints
    • Art direct beyond graphic design: Guide photography, video, motion, and other visual disciplines, working with specialists to ensure execution supports a unified creative vision
    • Contribute to multidisciplinary concepts: Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, marketers, and other creatives to shape ideas from the beginning rather than simply designing against predetermined concepts
    • Direct designers and creative partners: Provide clear, actionable creative feedback to internal designers, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
    • Balance brand and performance: Create work that builds brand equity while supporting business objectives, and use customer insights, testing, and performance signals to improve creative over time
    • Build scalable design systems: Create templates, toolkits, guidelines, and reusable systems that allow a lean organization to produce high-quality work efficiently without sacrificing distinctiveness
    • Strengthen Renuity' creative foundation: Help evolve our visual identity and build stronger photography, video, graphic, and other asset libraries
    • Improve creative ways of working: Help establish effective briefing, concepting, review, and approval practices that make the work stronger and the organization more efficient
    • Develop creative talent: Mentor designers and help raise the quality of craft across internal and external resources
    • Present the work: Clearly articulate creative rationale to marketing partners and senior stakeholders and respond constructively to feedback

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in design, art direction, and creative development, ideally across agency and/or sophisticated in-house brand environments
    • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, art direction, and conceptual thinking across a range of channels and formats

    Qualifications

    • Deep expertise in graphic design, typography, composition, visual systems, and brand expression
    • Demonstrated ability to take an idea beyond a single execution and build an integrated visual system around it
    • Experience art directing photography, video, and/or motion and working effectively with specialists in those disciplines
    • Experience collaborating with writers and contributing meaningfully to multidisciplinary campaign concepts
    • Experience directing or mentoring designers and providing actionable feedback that makes work materially better
    • Ability and desire to remain hands-on while simultaneously providing creative leadership to others
    • Strong understanding of brand systems and the judgment to know when consistency matters and when the brand should stretch
    • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, photographers, filmmakers, and other external partners
    • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with significant creative volume and evolving processes
    • Curiosity about creative effectiveness and willingness to use customer insights, testing, and performance data to improve work
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
We could also add Skills section but maybe redundant. The instructions: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. That's four sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they'd be thin? Actually each has multiple items. Could merge Requirements and Qualifications into a single "Requirements & Qualifications" but heading must be exactly one of the allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those that have content. We have content for Requirements and Qualifications separately; we could keep both. We should not include Skills if it duplicates. But we could include Skills as a separate section listing specific skills like graphic design, typography, etc. However those are already in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we omit Skills. Thus final HTML fragment includes those sections. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, privacy, etc. Also removed duplicated lines like "Renuity is the 5th largest home remodeling company..." appears twice? Actually appears in intro and later in About Renuity. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both but avoid duplication. The About Renuity paragraph: "Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint. Renuity currently operates across 36 states and has created hundreds of thousands of happier homeowners across the United States who have chosen Renuity for their home improvement needs. Renuity is redefining the home improvement experience with a focus on trust, innovation and customer-first service. To learn more, visit Renuity's About Us page." This is substantive; we could include as a separate section maybe "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we cannot add a custom heading. We could fold that info into About the role paragraph? The About the role section is for role description, not company. But we could incorporate company info into About the role as part of prose. However the instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we must use those exact headings if we include them. We cannot add other headings. So we need to decide where to put company info. Could include it in About the role as part of the prose (makes sense). The About the role section can contain both role and company overview. That's okay. Thus About the role paragraph will include both intro and company description. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "You may not have heard of Renuity - yet - but we're already in neighborhoods nationwide. Renuity is the 5th largest home remodeling company in the US, operating in 40 states with nearly 4,000 employees. We just haven't had the national brand to match the scale of our local teams. That's what we're building now. We're in the midst of a major brand transformation: bringing our businesses around the country together under the Renuity name while evolving our positioning, messaging, visual identity, and creative expression for the next chapter of the brand. At the same time, we're building a more integrated, full-funnel approach to marketing and the creative capability to support it. For our creative team, that means a rare opportunity: not simply to steward an established brand, but to help shape what a national brand becomes. As Senior Lead Visual Designer, you'll have a significant hand in defining how that next chapter looks and feels. We're looking for a Senior Lead Visual Designer to help define how Renuity shows up in the world and raise the quality of creative execution across every customer touchpoint. You'll help translate our evolving brand strategy into a new, distinctive visual identity, personally lead our most important design work, and build the systems that allow the brand to show up cohesively across channels, formats, and experiences. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for an exceptional designer who can think far beyond individual design assignments and is excited by the opportunity to shape, not simply inherit, a brand. While design should be your deepest craft, your creative range should extend beyond it. You should be comfortable art directing photography, video, and motion; collaborating with and providing direction to writers and other specialists; shaping integrated campaign concepts; and ensuring that work created by different people and partners feels like part of one cohesive creative idea. Renuity's creative capability is evolving, so this is also a 'building' role. You'll help establish stronger creative standards, systems, and ways of working while determining how an agile internal team can make the greatest impact alongside agencies, freelancers, and production
