Responsibilities
- Aid the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output.
- Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator.
- Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently.
- Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.
- Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.
- Provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor.
- Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements.
- Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Print Production software knowledge preferred.
- Skilled in handling and operating machinery.
- Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
- Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets.

Pay
The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
