Sr Landscape Architect I

About the role

GAI’s Community Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with ~15 years of experience in its Jacksonville office.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the design leadership and production of conceptual design and construction documents for Landscape Architectural projects.
• Leading in the management of client communication, project staffing and project coordination.
• Producing project graphics in the plan, section, and 3-D / Perspective views.
• Conducting site design, inventory, and analysis.
• Participating in teams and project meetings.
• Conducting bidding support, RFI’s, and Construction Phase Services.
• Collaborating with our team across a broad range of project types.

Requirements

• Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University program, Licensure in the State of Florida, and demonstrated experience with free-hand sketches, digital rendering; master site planning and detailed site design; AutoCAD; Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp, Lumion; Landscape Construction Design; and strong written and communication skills.
• FDOT experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications
