Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Facilitate discussions with business teams to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Design, implement, and support Spring Batch jobs for large-scale data processing and integration.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior developers.
- Coordinate development activities with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Manage task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance for distributed teams.
