Sr IRT Project Manager

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior IRT Project Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.

About the role

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IRT projects for clinical trials
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deliverables
• Identify and evaluate project risks and issues
• Perform informal testing and create system support guidelines
• Prepare and deliver project meeting materials
• Act as a support escalation contact for study-specific questions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years of previous project management experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Understanding of relational database concepts and data manipulation tools
• Basic knowledge of project management standards and practices
• Familiarity with IRT system applications

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually

Schedule

• Standard Monday to Friday work schedule
• Occasional domestic and international travel required
