About The Role We are seeking experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineers to join our team as contractors supporting a critical AI training project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing complex and challenging coding tasks tailored for mobile development environments. Your expertise will help create reproducible testing environments and develop reference solutions that serve as benchmarks for evaluating AI models' capabilities. This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, approximately 15 hours per week, allowing you to contribute your skills to a high-impact project while maintaining work-life balance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile application development across various platforms and be passionate about creating high-quality, reliable testing frameworks. Your work will directly influence the development of smarter, more capable AI systems by ensuring they can solve complex mobile development challenges effectively. Qualifications Extensive experience in at least one mobile development track, including:Cross-platform: React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Flutter with Dart.iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, or UIKit.Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or Android Views.Deep understanding of mobile architecture, including state management and application lifecycle.Proven debugging and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex mobile issues.Experience in optimizing mobile application performance for responsiveness and efficiency.Ability to create reliable, reproducible tests and detailed reference implementations that meet project standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities Create and refine challenging mobile coding tasks involving debugging, feature development, refactoring, and performance tuning.Build and maintain reproducible environments for testing AI-generated solutions, ensuring consistency across different testing scenarios.Develop deterministic verifiers to accurately assess the correctness and quality of solutions submitted by AI models.Design and implement reference solutions for each coding task, serving as benchmarks for evaluation.Develop problems that involve complex application states, lifecycle management, and asynchronous programming paradigms.Ensure all tasks adhere to project quality standards and evaluation criteria, facilitating meaningful AI training and assessment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve task design and testing methodologies.
