- 8+ years of healthcare interoperability or healthcare integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Epic FHIR
- SMArt on FHIR
- HL7 v2
- Epic Bridges
- Epic Clarity
- Caboodle
- Experience with healthcare standards:
- FHIR
- HL7
- CCD/C-CDA
- X12
- JSON
- XML
- OAuth 2.0
- Strong SQL development, data analysis, and performance tuning experience.
- Experience with integration engines such as:
- Mirth Connect
- Cloverleaf
- Rhapsody
- InterSystems IRIS/Ensemble
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI security, and secure healthcare integrations.
- Experience working directly with clients and independently leading technical workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Certifications (Clarity, Caboodle, Bridges, Cogito, App Orchard, or related modules).
- Experience with Epic App Orchard, Hyperdrive/Hyperspace integrations.
- Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing delivery engagements.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with Care Management, Population Health, Revenue Cycle, Prior Authorization, or Payer-Provider interoperability.
