Sr. Integration Engineer (VA ESOM)

This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical enterprise endpoint operations within a complex federal technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise endpoint engineering initiatives by leading application deployment, integration, and modernization efforts across large-scale environments.
- Lead application packaging, testing, and deployment activities to ensure compatibility across enterprise endpoint environments.
- Partner with endpoint engineering teams to align application requirements with device configurations, security standards, and lifecycle management processes.
- Design, configure, and maintain Windows Autopilot deployment profiles and zero-touch provisioning workflows using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
- Support MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune co-management environments, including workload migration, policy management, and cloud modernization activities.
- Cook up release planning and deployment readiness efforts for enterprise applications and endpoint solutions.

- Support endpoint modernization initiatives across Windows, macOS, and mobile device ecosystems.
- Participate in technical working sessions, deployment coordination activities, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance deployment consistency, endpoint stability, and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced endpoint engineering professional with a strong background in enterprise integration, deployment automation, and modern device management.
- Candidates should have proven experience supporting complex IT environments and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Endpoint Management, Enterprise Integration Engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; additional professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint configuration policies, security baselines, application lifecycle management, and deployment orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with application packaging, testing, integration, and deployment in large-scale environments.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, co-management strategies, and cloud-based endpoint management technologies.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, compliance remediation, and operational support.
- Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, enterprise deployment practices, and device configuration standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
- Experience supporting federal government or large enterprise IT environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with endpoint security practices, compliance frameworks, and device management best practices is a plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, JAMF, CompTIA Security+, or related endpoint engineering credentials are preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and willing to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
Benefits
Competitive annual salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, depending on experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.
