Job Title: Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid, Boston, MA (3-4 days onsite per week) Must reside local to Boston, MA - Relocation will not be considered at this time Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 12 months Compensation Range: $80-90/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and drive key inflight and initiating infrastructure projects, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver high-quality results on time. Job Summary •Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, including networking, audiovisual systems, IT asset management, phone lines, and printer-related initiatives •Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive projects forward from initiation through completion •Coordinate vendor relationships and deliverables to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met •Design and implement processes related to IT asset management, covering laptops, desktops, and mobile devices •Identify issues proactively, anticipate project needs, and adapt plans to address shifting business priorities •Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders •Balance competing priorities across a portfolio of projects while maintaining a strong commitment to quality Minimum Requirements: •Proven experience managing infrastructure-related IT projects, including networking and audiovisual systems •Experience leading IT asset management projects, including process design and implementation for end-user devices •Demonstrated ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive project success •Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project management •Experience managing vendors and coordinating third-party deliverables to meet project milestones Preferred Qualifications: •Experience managing infrastructure projects within a higher education environment •Familiarity with audiovisual and networking project coordination •Demonstrated flexibility in taking on new and evolving project scopes in a fast-paced environment
