Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and troubleshoot software applications to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to protect company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a similar role within a large enterprise.
• Proficiency in network administration, server management, and cloud computing technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in network management systems (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles.
