Sr Implementation Consultant - Stock Plan Services

This role supports the successful onboarding of new clients by managing data conversion, system configuration, and client training for equity and stock plan systems. The position collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and broker-dealer partners to ensure accurate implementation and a smooth transition to the platform. What You Will Do Provide input to work planning and timelines for new client implementationCommunicate with clients to resolve data-related questionsPerform data conversion and import work for new clients, including quality review of stock plan–specific data and scenarios such as Equity plan grant data, Exercise and cancel transaction data, Cap table issuance and transaction data and Fair value and stock-based compensation expense dataConfigure the Empower Stock Plan Services database for new clients, including Plan setup and parameters, Client vesting schedules, Client termination schedules, Participant portal configuration, Broker portal and model configurationCoordinate with broker-dealer teams (internal and external) on client brokerage configuration, account setup, and initial share balancesParticipate in client implementation communications and callsDesign and document implementation processesDevelop client training plans and materialsTrain new clients on stock plan system functionalityComplete implementation checklistsOversee adherence of the Implementation team to Employee Stock Plan Services (ESPS) Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience3 to 5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems strongly preferredStrong skills in data analysis, conversion, and validationKnowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation conceptsProficiency with database configuration and system setupExcellent communication skills, including ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearlyStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools ***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.*** What We Offer You We offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $72,200.00 - $101,975.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
