Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within a reasonable time after hire; U.S. citizenship required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of relevant experience), or Master’s degree.
  • Solid knowledge of Acquisition Logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (supply support, maintenance planning, manpower and personnel, technical manuals, training and training equipment, support equipment, facilities, computer resources support, packaging/handling/storage/transportation, design interface, reliability/maintainability/availability).
  • Knowledge of military/commercial requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and managing ILS products from definition through end of life.
  • Interpret inventory data, identify trends, and drive corrective action to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics stakeholders to align inventory levels with mission needs.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control processes and procedures to support mission requirements.
  • Analyze equipment and system requirements to identify, source, and document spare parts and support resources across a program’s life cycle.
  • Research and document spare parts requirements from engineering drawings and parts lists for new and fielded systems.
  • Work with vendors and technical manuals to identify commercial off-the-shelf spare parts specifications.
  • Develop initial provisioning lists in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Assist in creating sections of ILS deliverables and ensure parts availability aligns with maintenance concepts and long-term support strategies.
  • Support tasks related to other ILS elements.

  • Attention to detail in compliance or documentation workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills across competing priorities.
  • Ability to work within defined standards and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Proven conflict management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with other disciplines for program/project resolutions and enhancements.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $75,946.00 – $82,176.00 per year, based on experience and geographic location.
