Responsibilities
- Lead design and automation of IAM solutions for improved security and efficiency
- Automate and manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning and deprovisioning
- Design IAM controls across Active Directory, Azure, and third-party environments
- Develop IAM policies and strategic roadmaps
- Drive integration of IAM platforms and tools for enhanced governance
- Monitor IAM performance and compliance, identifying improvement opportunities
- Serve as a technical expert, mentoring IAM engineering team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years in identity and access management
- 5 years in Access Management roles
- 2 years in automation, scripting, and IAM tool integration
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate required
