Sr. HUMINT Targeting Cell Support (HUMINT Targeting Specialist)

About the role

The Sr. HUMINT Targeting Cell Support (HUMINT Targeting Specialist) will support a Federal Government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon awarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, prepare, publish, maintain, write, execute, assess, and brief operations from initial concept or task until the mission or operation is completed for a specific event, phased operation, or recurring task.
• Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements.
• Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.
• Develops HUMINT leads, based on Army G2, IG2X and/or unit collection and targeting strategies, by conducting extensive research through the use of multiple classified and unclassified resources and databases in support of current and future full spectrum US Army HUMINT Operations.
• Conducts research and develop responses and Lead Tenders on RFIs on collector generated leads, once the lead is validated by the Officer in Charge (OIC) as a lead that can potentially satisfy an intelligence collection requirement.
• Provides the leads to the TRB as a Target Nomination Package.
• Provides assistance on additional leads that are reported from other sources to the TRB by assisting in the evaluation of nominations for passage by the Government directly to the appropriate supported operational element(s) for their action.
• Prepares and provides to the supported element Lead Tenders, Operational Support Packages, and Target Development Packages.
• Liaises with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.
• Passes CI leads that are developed out of the HUMINT leads to the appropriate HUMINT elements for their consideration.
• Continuously assesses asset reporting.
• Assesses and prepares production reviews in conjunction with Source validation boards.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience conducting CI/HUMINT analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• 12 years of experience conducting CI analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Required education: High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
