Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 4 years work experience, required
- 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
- PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
- Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Previous experience partnering with senior management, required
- Knowledge of HR Metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience with investigations
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience facilitating trainings
- Experience with onboarding
Pay
The Sr. HR Representative role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.
