Sr HR Business Partner, NA RME PXT Team

About the role

This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across the broader HR team.

Responsibilities

• Think strategically and execute tactically to support business priorities
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals
• Understand business goals and design/implement new approaches to improve HR and business objectives
• Operate with autonomy and discretion, demonstrating influence and credibility within the team
• Support a 24/7 environment with multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during seasonal peaks
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Partner with leadership to teach, coach, and cultivate the Amazon culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of human resource generalist experience
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
